Attempted robbery at drive-up ATM
Colorado Springs Police are investigating an attempted robbery at a drive-up ATM.
It happened Saturday night at the Wells Fargo bank on Prominent Point.
The victim told police she was making a transaction at the ATM when a the suspect broke out her back window. The suspect leaned into the car and pointed a gun at her.
The victim then drove off with the suspect still leaning in the window of her car. The suspect fell out of the window shortly after and ran away.
Police searched the area but did not find the suspect.
No money was stolen.
