Colorado lawmakers escape photo radar tickets

A loophole in state law is allowing 100 Colorado state senators and representatives to avoid an unknown number of photo radar tickets in Denver.

An investigation by KCNC-TV has convinced Denver police to consider alternatives because they say the process isn’t fair.
