2 bear cubs freed after entering Colorado home

Sheriff’s officials say two bear cubs that got into the bathroom of a Colorado home have been freed.

KMGH-TV in Denver reports the cubs somehow got trapped in the Estes Park home on Friday while their mother paced outside.

The resident was home called sheriff’s officials after the cubs came in. The corporal on scene reported the cubs were so small that both fit in the bathroom sink.

The homeowner wasn’t hurt, and authorities helped free the cubs. Sheriff’s deputies left so they could reunite with their mother.
