Pueblo teens helping victims of the Black Forest Fire

A group of pueblo teens is making a difference. The teens are collecting money for the victims of the Black Forest Fire.

The ‘God Squad’ has ties to the First Church Of God on 528 West Abriendo Ave.
The goal is to raise $1,000.

They’ve decided the money they raise will go to the children who lost something in the fire.

“We just want to give them the chance to get back the one thing they lost in the fire, the one thing that was really special to them,” said Sarah Wood, member of the God Squad.

You can catch the God Squad again on Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. You can also call 719-406-1331 to find out how you can help.
