Car submerged, two rescued
Two people, trapped in a submerged car, were rescued by Colorado Springs firefighters Friday night.
It happened near Austin Bluffs and Siferd, an area known to have flooding issues.
Police say one of the women called 911 to report water coming in through an open window. Firefighters were able to get a ladder into the car and rescue the two women inside. They were not hurt.
