Hit-and-run car found, still no arrests

The Colorado Springs Police Department’s Major Accident Unit has found the car involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash.

The crime lab will examine the car.

No arrests have been made at this time in connection to the crash.

The crash happened Wednesday night on the 2100 block of Platte Ave.

Police say Elizabeth A Marshall, 31, of Colorado Springs was crossing Platte Ave. when a car hit and killed her. The driver of the car did not stop.

The car involved is a 2012 or 2013 Chevrolet Sonic (similar to the one shown in the picture above).
