Police look for shooting suspect
Colorado Springs Police are looking for a shooting suspect.
The shooting happened Thursday afternoon in the area of Fountain Blvd. and Chelton Rd.
Police say the victim showed up at the hospital around 3 p.m. He’s expected to make a full recovery.
Before the shooting was reported, an officer stopped a suspicious car in the parking lot of the 7-Eleven at the same intersection. Police say that car was involved in the shooting.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Lawrence Wooten, 24.
