Former prison official pleads guilty to menacing
A former regional prison director for the Colorado Department of Corrections has pleaded guilty to six counts of felony menacing with a deadly weapon.
Our partners at The Pueblo Chieftain report Mark Edward McKinna pleaded guilty Tuesday to firing a shot at a crowd of six people at a neighbor’s home during a dispute about noise last August.
McKinna is free on $10,000 bail, pending sentencing July 17.
