Deadly crash at Rangewood & Austin Bluffs

One person is dead in a crash at Rangewood and Austin Bluffs.

Police say a 27-year-old man hit the right curb and was thrown from the motorcycle.

Witnesses say it was going at a higher rate of speed as compared to other traffic.

Police say the rider died at the scene.

It is unknown if drugs or alcohol are involved in the accident.

The rider was not wearing a helmet.

The name of the rider is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

Rangewood was closed for a couple of hours while the accident was being cleaned up.
