SWAT teams work to arrest wanted man
The intersection of Winters Dr. and El Paso St. in Colorado Springs is closed as police continue their investigation.
Police had the area blocked off as they attempted to serve an arrest warrant to a wanted man. There is no longer a threat to the community, and police say they have the situation under control. They say the man was found inside a parked car Friday morning.
Police officials ask that drivers avoid the area of Winters Dr. and El Paso St. as they continue investigating the incident.
