Caon City police investigate possible attempted abduction

Caon City police are investigating a possible attempted abduction.

Police are adding extra patrols near schools both before and after school while they investigate.

Police say two children were enticed to get into a car by a person Wednesday afternoon.

There was a similar incident in the City of Florence last week.

Police said they do not want to cause unduly alarm but are asking for citizens to be on hightened alert.
