Fire at future Steinmart building in Colo. Springs

Two construction workers were treated for smoke inhalation after a fire at the future Steinmart building on North Nevada Avenue.

The fire started around 10 a.m. Monday at the construction site in the University Village shopping area. Two construction workers were on the roof at the time of the fire. Both were treated for smoke inhalation.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire. Investigators are working to determine what started the fire.
