Denver VA Hospital cancels appointments after power outage
The veterans hospital in Denver suffered a power outage Wednesday morning.
Officials canceled all outpatient appoints at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System through noon. Those cancellations include dialysis appointments.
Officials say inpatient care is fine because the hospital is running on a generator.
Patients can call 303-399-8020 to make a new appointment. Patients with afternon appointments are also asked to call that number.
