Deadly Crash in Colorado Springs

A deadly crash is under investigation in Colorado Springs.

Police say it happened a little before 8 p.m. Saturday at Carmel & Saratoga. That’s near S. Circle and the Hancock Expressway.

Officers tell us a motorcycle driver was killed when he crashed at the intersection.

He was the only person in the crash, and was wearing a helmet.

Police believe speed may have been a factor in the crash. They do not know if alcohol was a factor.

The Major Accident Unit is investigating the crash.
