Pueblo Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to find an identity theft fugitive.
Kayli Clinkingbeard is wanted for identity theft, a class 4 felony.
Clinkingbeard is 20 years old, about 5’4″ tall and around 115 pounds. She has red or auburn hair and blue eyes.
