In 2011, the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region started aTNR or Trap, Neuter, Return program in Pueblo.?

It starts in the streets, where many of the many cats live in what’s called a colony. Colony managers are those who feed and take care of the strays. They are also the ones that lure them into cages and bring them to the humane society to get spayed or neutured.
