Woman assaulted outside Springs Walmart
A woman was assaulted outside a Colorado Springs Walmart.
It happened just before 2 a.m. Thursday outside the 8th Street store, according to Springs police.
Officers were dispatched to the store on a report of a robbery in progress.
The victim said she had been in two arguments with a group of people and was assaulted.
The woman told police the first assault happened after an argument with the group. The second happened after she confronted the group again for taking property she left behind during the first argument.
All four suspects left the area before police arrived.
The victim was taken to the hospital with a broken nose.
