Mental health patient no longer missing

A man who walked away from a Colorado Springs mental health facility has been found.

Patrick Daron Campbell left the Crescent Home After Care facility at 812 W. Colorado Avenue on Saturday morning, and didn’t return.

According to a news release from the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Pueblo, patients are not considered a danger when they are in a controlled environment and taking their medications, but they could be a threat to public safety whey they are not in the controlled environment.
