Pueblo authorities look for identity theft suspects

Pueblo Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance identifying suspects of an identity theft.

A wallet was stolen at the Bessemer Academy (1125 E. Routt Ave.) on November 20.

The suspects used the victim’s credit card to charge $75 worth of items at the Family Dollar store at about 7:57 pm that same day. The suspects then used the same stolen credit card at various locations throughout Pueblo to charge approximately $2,000 in goods.

A surveillance camera at the Family Dollar store captured a photo of the suspects, shown above. The female suspect is described as a white or Hispanic woman in her 50’s, about 5’4″ tall with gray/brown hair and red reading glasses.

The other suspect is a black man in his late 50’s, approximately 6′ tall with a medium build.
