Suspected Killer: I was drunk & high on cocaine

A Colorado man accused of killing his girlfriend’s little sister, says he was drunk and high on cocaine.

It happened in Commerce City. Police say Gaby Acosta, 14, was found dead Christmas Eve morning.

Arrest records state, Ezequiel Padilla-Villalobos showed up at a gas station after the murder.

He had an employee call 9-1-1 because he felt bad about killing the little girl.

He told police he picked Gaby up after leaving a bar, where he drank and used cocaine. The, on the drive home, he thought about killing her.

So, he drove to some horse sheds where he worked, tried to strangle her, and then stabbed her to death with a kitchen knife.
