Armed robbery at Pueblo Kohl’s

Pueblo Police are looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery at a Kohl’s store in Pueblo.

Pueblo Police say the robbery happened just before 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Kohl’s on Elizabeth.

Police say that a loss prevention officer noticed a woman shoplifting. When the loss prevention officer went to approach the woman, a man came up from behind and told the officer to get away from her.

The man then showed a hand gun, cocked it, and pointed it at loss prevention. The man also began to point the gun at other customers who were approaching the store as both suspects began to quickly walk away from the store, police said.

Loss prevention noticed they were not getting into a vehicle and began to follow, only to have the handgun pointed at him again. He then stopped following the two suspects.

Officers who responded checked the surrounding area but did not find the two suspects.

The man is described as Italian with short dark hair and a muscular build. He is
described as 5’8″ to 5’10” weighing around 200-220 lbs. He was wearing a large grey down jacket.

The woman is described as either Asian or Hispanic with long dark hair being 5’4″ to
5’6″ at approximately 150 lbs. She was wearing two bulky jackets, dark colored pants and canvass shoes.

Most of the items were dropped but it is believed some jewelry was still taken.

If you have any information about these suspects, you’re asked to call Crime Stoppers at 542-STOP (7867).
