Armed robbery at Colo. Springs hair salon
There was an armed robbery at a Colorado Springs hair salon on Tuesday morning.
Colorado Springs Police tells KRDO NewsChannel 13 that a lone gunman entered Fantastic Sam’s at the corner of Dublin and Academy through an employee entrance.
Two employees were in the salon at the time and the suspect demanded cash. The man was able to get away with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was injured, according to police.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a dark-colored sedan. Police say that the Papa Murphy’s in the same shopping center was robbed six days ago by someone with a similar vehicle description. Police did not provide any other suspect information.
