Highway 67 north of Cripple Creek back open after car crash
Highway 67 north of Cripple Creek is now open.
It was earlier reported to be 2 cars involved, but state patrol now says it was one car with 2 victims.
The rollover crash shut down highway 67, about 9 miles north of Cripple Creek.
2 people are hurt and are considered in serious condition, according to state patrol. A medical helicopter was called to the scene to take one to a Colorado Springs hospital.
No names have been released by authorities on scene.
There are icy spots along highway 67 from Cripple Creek to Divide, but the exact cause of the accident is under investigation.
