Wanted man caught in mobile home community

Colorado Springs Police caught a man they say ran away from parole officers on Wednesday afternoon near the Lamplighter Mobile Home Community.

The suspect, Jeremy Gulcznski, had four warrants for his arrest, according to police. KRDO NewsChannel 13 has learned that the warrants are for violent crimes and that Gulcznski faces a life sentence if convicted of the crimes.

Police officers, parole officers and K-9 units established a perimeter around the mobile home community located near South Academy Boulevard and Jet Wing Drive. Officers eventually caught Gulcznski hiding underneath a porch. The arrest occurred without incident, police said.
