Two more flights of soldiers to return home

Fort Carson will welcome home about 200 more soldiers Tuesday and Wednesday, just in time for Thanksgiving.

The soldiers are coming home in two different waves.

Two welcome home ceremonies for the 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division soldiers will be held at the Special Events Center.

One ceremony will be held Tuesday at 5:45 p.m. for about 150 soldiers.

The second ceremony will be held Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. for about 50 soldiers.

The 4th Brigade Combat Team deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom last February.
