Felon arrested in Colorado Springs

A convicted felon is under arrest again, according to Colorado Springs police.

Police said they were called to the Alvardo Apartments just before 10 p.m. Saturday on the report of a man with a handgun. Police made contact with the man, who admitted he owned handgun and he was a convicted felon from out of state.

The suspect, Paul Desco, was arrested and charged with possession of weapon by a previous offender. He has been booked into the El Paso County Jail.
