Crews repair road after water main break

61 customers have water, but repairs are expected to go through Sunday morning after a water main break on Rangewood on the northeastern side of the Springs.

It happened around 10 Friday night on Rangewood Drive between Austin Bluffs Parkway and Vickers Drive. The break caused extensive damage to the roadway.

Colorado Springs Utilities said the waster main was fixed by Sunday morning. Utilities said crews are repaving the road and expect to reopen it by 1 p.m. Sunday.
