Juror replaced in Carrier trial

A juror has been replaced in the Josh Carrier Trial.

It is not known why the juror was replaced.

Carrier is accused of assaulting 22 students at Mann Middle School. Prosecutors are expected to wrap up their case today. Defense attorney’s said they will present their case on Friday and Monday. Closing arguments are expected on Tuesday.

This is the second trial for Carrier. In the first one, he was found guilty on 21 counts related to child pornography. The jury was deadlocked on another 150 counts, including charges of sexual assault on a child. Carrier is now being re-tried on those charges.
