Semi truck pulls down utility poles
A crash involving a semi truck shut down E Fillmore Street at Prospect Street for a short time on Wednesday afternoon.
Police tell our crew at the scene that the truck was turning from Prospect onto westbound Fillmore when it got caught in a cable. The truck brought down three utility poles, police said. The lines do not appear to be electric, according to our crew at the scene. It is unknown if there are any power outages in the area.
The driver of the truck was not injured and no one else was involved in the accident. The road reopened around 12:45 p.m.
