Cadet Found Guilty On One Count

Cadet 2nd Class Kami L. Bohannon was sentenced to forfeit $330 of her pay per month for three months after being found guilty in a special court martial.

She was accused of one specification of violating Article 107, Uniform Code of Military Justice, for making a false official statement to investigators.

She was found not guilty of one specification of violating Article 92 for failure to obey an order or regulation by wrongfully using the designer drug known as “Spice.”

The court martial began Thursday and concluded Friday evening.

A panel of five officers returned the verdict and rendered the sentence.
