Disturbance ends in stabbing

Colorado Springs police responded to an argument and found a man with a stab wound on Wednesday night.

Police responded to a call shortly before midnight Thursday. When they arrived at the Citadel Arms Apartments on Marion Drive, they found blood outside of an apartment.

Police then forced entry into the apartment and found a man with a laceration. He told police a friend, identified as Frank Lara, stabbed him during an argument.

The man was taken to a local hospital where he was treated and released. Lara was arrested. No word on what charges he is facing.

Police say alcohol was a factor in this altercation.
