Boy found after taken from mother

The 3 year old boy that police were looking for after a possible kidnapping is found.

Police said the 3-year-old boy is supposed to be with his mother, but the child was with a family member or friend of his biological father.

Investigators said that person would not return the child to his mother.

Officials do not believe the child to be in danger, but court orders state that the child is to be with his mother.

The Special Victim’s Unit is investigating. The boy’s name is Ja’eire Delaney. He is described as black with a then build, short black hair and brown eyes.

The investigation is still continuing in this case.
