Assault in Springs

What was first thought to be a shooting in the Springs is now an assault.

Police got a call about a shooting near Hayman Terrace and S. Brentwood Drive.

Officers arrived and found a very bloody man in front of his house.

Witnesses say a black car drove away with a woman and 3 men inside.

Police are still talking to witnesses.

Police say no shell casings have been found, and the victim has been taken to the hospital.
