Man arrested after gun shots were fired from second floor balcony

Colorado Springs police arrest a man who they say shot a rifle from a second floor balcony.

It happened just before 10:30 Saturday night in the 2400 block of Astrozon Circle.

Police say they got several calls of gun shots in the area. They say one caller said they saw a man shooting a rifle from the balcony of one of the fourplexes.

Officers set up containment. Before officers were able to get in touch with anyone inside, they say a man walked out and tried to walk away. Police say that man is 28-year-old Anton Bray. Police say Bray was not cooperating and fought with officers. He was arrested for obstructing a peace officer.

Police tried to see if anyone else was in the home where the shots came from, but no one was.

Police say they found 6 rifles, a shotgun, 2 handguns and ammunition inside. Police also say they found rifle shell casings and shotgun shell casings in the backyard.

Police say additional charges may be recommended against Bray and more arrests could be made.
