Police investigate truck verse moped hit and run

Police are investigating a crash that happened at the intersection of S. Academy Blvd. and Verde Dr.

A man driving a moped was hit by a truck.

The truck stopped briefly and then drove away. The truck is described as a full size, dark, potentially dark green with tinted windows

The driver of the moped, a 26 year old male, was transported to the Memorial Hospital, with serious injuries.
