Motorcyclist dies in Security-Widefield crash

A motorcyclist has died after a crash on Goldfield Drive on Monday afternoon.

The accident happened just before 6:00 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Goldfield Drive and Fontaine Blvd. That is near the Big Johnson Reservoir in Security-Widefield.

According to Colorado State Patrol, Goldfield Drive is shut down in both directions.
