Suicidal man down safely from Bijou bridge

Authorities were able to detain a man who threatened to jump off the Bijou bridge on Wednesday evening.

The suicidal man prompted the brief closure of some southbound lanes of I-25 and the closure of the Bijou bridge.

Officials were able to get the man down safely and say he was not injured.
