Authorities look for Pueblo flower shop robber

Pueblo Crime Stoppers is asking for your help finding the suspect of an armed robbery.

The Flowerama flower shop located at 1244 Lake Ave. was robbed on July 15th at about 4:40 p.m.

According to witnesses, a male suspect approached the counter and asked the clerk for change as he handed the clerk a $20 bill. When the cash drawer opened, the suspect pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the clerk’s face and stated something to the effect of “give me all the money, or I’ll put a hole in your face”. The suspect grabbed the money and ran out of the store. Witnesses observed the suspect get into the passenger-side of an older model black Kia Optima with a temporary tag parked in the alley behind the business. The vehicle left northbound on Lake Avenue.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 30’s or 40’s, approximately 5’8″ tall, 200 lbs, with a shaved head, thick dark moustache, and tattoos on his right arm. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, light colored shoes and big sunglasses.
