Felon faces more charges after police say he makes threats

A man faces drug charges after police say he made threats to the employees at 24 Hour Fitness on Austin Bluffs Parkway.

Officers say Tabauri Bell threatened the employees at 11:45 a.m. Saturday. He took off on foot after giving an officer his identification. Police caught up with him and he tried to get away a second time. Police found a semi automatic pistol and 7.5 grams of Methamphetamine.

Bell has been convicted of several felonies. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms is investigating.
