Springs Bicycle Shop Robbed Third Time

Owners of The Hub Bicycle Shop spent their Saturday cleaning up after another robber attempted breaking in and stealing merchandise.

“Something like this hurts, insurance doesn’t cover replacing the glass. So we just eat it and move on,” said co-Owner Chris Behm.

Behm said the robber used a rock to break through a front window.

Fortunately, new security measures prevented him from stealing any bicycles and he ran away.

The bicycle shop was robbed two separate times in February.

The robbers were able to get away with thousands of dollars worth of bicycles and accessories

Since then, they have set up security cameras and put bars over the windows.

The business was able to catch the robber on camera Saturday morning.

They are hoping anyone who recognizes him orhas any information will come forward.

Behm said none of the robbers have been caught.
