Pueblo murder investigation

Pueblo police are investigating a murder.

Officers say it happened late Thursday night, just before midnight in the 1300 block of E. Routt.

Police say they found that two victims had been shot.

Both victims were transported to each of the hospitals in town.

When Officers arrived at St. Mary Corwin, they were told a 22-year-old male victim had died from his wounds.

The other was taken to Parkview. Police say his wounds are not life-threatening.

Witnesses tell police there was a large gathering earlier that night, where an argument ended up in a fight that ended with the shots being fired.

Police say there have been no arrests at this time.
