Police Activity In Southeast Springs Neighborhood Winds Down

Police were trying to contact a man who may be inside a home at Hancock Expressway and Windrider Heights in Southeast Colorado Springs Sunday night.

According to police, the situation started with an alleged gun brandishing incident. Police say a shot may have also been fired.

CSPD says that when officers arrived on scene, neighbors showed them where the suspect lives.

Police have now left the neighborhood.

It’s unclear if the suspect was ever contacted.
