I-25 Wreck Near Old Pinon Truck Stop

A wreck on Interstate 25 north of Pueblo may have trapped some victims in their car.

The driver of an SUV lost control and slammed into a guardrail Sunday night according to emergency responders. The vehicle flipped and several people were reportedly trapped inside. Initial reports are that some of those victims had to be cut out of the SUV.

State Troopers said there are injuries but they can’t elaborate on how serious they are at this time.

Troopers said the accident is only causing minimal impacts to traffic along the Interstate at this time.
