Air Force Football Player Removed Due To Drug Investigation

An Air Force Academy football player, Asher Clark, has been removed from the academy because of an investigation into illegal drug use.

This comes less than a week before Clark was scheduled to graduate. Clark was a four-year started for the football team.

Sources close to the matter tell KRDO NewsChannel 13 that the Academy is conducting the investigation and he is no longer enrolled at the academy.

The illegal drug investigation started in January and involves 31 cadets, some of them involved in the athletics program.
