Property Seized From Nuggets ‘Birdman’

Douglas County Officials said their Crimes Against Children unit searched Chris “Birdman” Anderson’s Larkspur home Thursday.

Officials said they began investigating the 33-year-old center-forward for the Nuggets in February after they received a tip from a law enforcement agency in California.

Investigators said property was seized from Anderson’s home, but officials would not explain what the property was.

Our sister station, KMGH in Denver, reported the case involved child pornography.

Officials said no arrests have been made, and the case is still under investigation.
