Man Recovering From Stab Wound

Colorado Springs Police are investigating a stabbing that sent one person to the hospital.

Police tell us a man was riding his bicycle in the area of Delaware Drive and San Miguel Street shortly before 11:30 Monday night when he was approached by a black man and women,

The man tells police the couple demanded his bicycle and when he refused to give it to him, they stabbed him.

The man was taken to the hospital with what police call serious injuries.

He is expected to recover.
