Man Tazed, Arrested After Assault
A Colorado Springs man was tazed and arrested after a domestic dispute.
Police tell KRDO NewsChannel 13 that David Bloom was visiting his brother at the Citadel Apartments on East Uintah Street. Bloom was with his current girlfriend, but when he got there at around 9:20 p.m. Sunday he found out his ex-girlfriend was in the apartment with another male friend. Bloom punched her in the face, her friend hit him and tried to get him out of the apartment. The fight spilled out into the parking lot and the group locked Bloom out. He forced his way into the apartment again. His girlfriend was taken to the hospital. The male victim was treated at the scene.
Bloom, 29, faces charges of first degree burglary. No word yet on what other charges he may face.
