Sexually Violent Predator Moves To Springs

In accordance with Colorado law, the Colorado Springs Police Department announced Thursday that a sex offender has moved to an address in CSPD’s jurisdiction.

54-year-old Jimmy Louis Lillie, labeled a “sexually violent predator,” will be on supervised release and parole.

Lille’s criminal history shows he was convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2005 in El Paso County. Lillie also has been convicted twice of 3rd degree assault and twice of distribution of a controlled substance. He’s also been convicted of possession/sale of a controlled substance, violation of a restraining order, misdemeanor theft, and resisting arrest.

Lillie is registered and residing at 3033 East Platte Ave. #102, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. He’s described as a black male, 6’1″, 225 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

Lillie is one of nine SVP’s registered with CSPD who reside in the community. CSPD says it takes his presence in the community very seriously and is intent on insuring Lillie conducts himself in a lawful manner.
