Pueblo Man Guilty Of First Degree Murder

A Pueblo County Jury has found Aaron Wilkerson guilty of first degree murder and other counts in connection with the murder of Robert Piserchio.

Wilkerson is the last person charged in the case and the seventh who faced charges in the case.

In addition to first degree murder Wilkerson was found guilty of burglary, robbery, arson and accessory to a crime.

Pisercio’s body was found burned inside his own home in Pueblo County in December of 2010.

The murder was the result of a burglary that involved a group of people from both the Pueblo and Colorado Springs areas.

Wilkerson was sentenced to life in prison without parole.
