Couple Accused Of Stealing From Senior Citizens
A woman is in jail in El Paso County, accused of being part of a pair of bandits that rob from the elderly.
Investigators say Javon Ristick turned herself in on Monday. Ristick and her accomplice Erik Burt are accused of pretending to be neighbors, or long lost relatives to get inside of elderly people’s homes. One person would talk to the homeowner, while the other looted the house.
Ristick faces charges in both Jefferson and El Paso Counties.
